Send the invoice with Pay Now
1. On the Receivable tab, select the invoice to send withthe Pay Now reminder
2. Click Reminder
3. Enter a custom message to include in the email
Select Include receivable file attachment to attach the receivable created in Sage
Select Send copy of this email to add a CC recipient
4. Click Send
What to expect
Once paid, the invoice status updates automatically and the amount due adjusts to zero
Email includes an invoice summary and the embedded Pay Now button
Clicking Pay Now opens the secure checkout for that invoice
