Known Issue with NetSuite version 2025.1 – Paystand Help Center
Issue Overview
Following the latest NetSuite v2025.1 release, Paystand has identified an issue affecting two payment functions in accounts using a Paystand bundle older than 2.31.27. In these cases, the following buttons are unresponsive:
\* Note: This does not impact your customers in anyway and does not affect payment processing. This prevents you from taking a payment on behalf of your customer via the Virtual Terminal.
- Pay Invoice(s) Button: The button to process invoice payments using the Virtual Terminal.
- Capture Payment Token Button: The button to tokenize payment information.
Need to Tokenize?
You can still tokenize payment information by sending an email template to your customer for completion. This allows payment tokenization to proceed without using the tokenization button. Learn how to send a tokenization email template.
