Transaction Failed: Invalid transaction or card restriction

Issue

This code is returned from the bank issuer when they do not accept the transaction. The payer must contact their bank for further assistance.

Resolution

There are two ways to resolve the declined payments. The first step would be to retry the payment method as follows:
