Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) lists items and activities that we prohibit in connection with your use of Paystand’s website, products, services or other features, technologies and/or functionalities (collectively, the “Paystand Services”).

If we believe that your conduct violates this Policy, we reserve the right to take any corrective action that we deem to be appropriate, including but not limited to blocking your payment transaction, holding funds, suspending or restricting your use of the Paystand Services or terminating your account. If you believe someone else has violated this Policy, please report the violation to Paystand by emailing support@paystand.com.

You may not use the Paystand Services in any way that:

You also agrees to refrain from using the services in ways that may damages the reputation of Paystand. Transactions in violation of this may result in a restriction of Service access.
